I turned 55 today, so I’m now officially in my mid-50s and in the next bracket in those online drop-down thingys that ask for your age bracket. What better way to mark the occasion than with a new fountain pen? So that’s just what I did!
I found myself writing about resistance again, because it’s on my mind. I guess it always will be, and I’ll just keep my strategies in place to take away its power. It slips into the cracks where doubt and fear live and then seems to grow in power. So I write it out, let it know that I see it and that I’m cutting off its access. And I do all that with a lovely pen and ink.
