Exhaustion from living on a Scottish island.
Do you ever write and find yourself getting more angry? That's what happened today. Still, it's better out than in. And yes, I know that I need a good dose of gratitude. The frustration comes from the exhaustion of dealing with a failing ferry operator. Yes, I chose to live on an island, but the service is deteriorating month after month, and there's not a thing I can do about it.
Will the ferry sail? If so, where to? And will I get on? If I do get on, will I get home?
You can imagine what that's like when I'm crossing sometimes three times a week.
